  Carefully place the jewelry in its original display box and protective mailer, ensuring all certification cards and tags are included.

  Ship with Confidence

  Affix the prepaid insured shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our master jewelers verify the condition of the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
