What materials are used in Alchemy Jeweler pieces?
We use only high-quality materials, including ethically sourced gemstones, 14k and 18k solid gold, and premium 925 sterling silver.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. For custom or made-to-order items, please allow 2-3 weeks for production before shipment.
Do you offer a warranty on your jewelry?
Yes, every purchase includes a 12-month limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects. This does not include normal wear and tear or accidental damage.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that custom-engraved pieces and earrings are final sale for hygiene and personalization reasons.
How should I care for my jewelry?
To maintain brilliance, avoid contact with harsh chemicals, perfumes, and lotions. Clean your pieces gently with a soft polishing cloth and store them in a cool, dry place.
Can I track my order?
